Inclusion in the Commemorative Collectors’ Guide, a full color 8.5”x 11’’ publication detailing the 13th year of Forgotten Coast en Plein Air activities and accomplishments and the third Plein Air South Regional Gathering. 15,000 copies will be distributed to the international plein air community. The guide will presented at the National Plein Air Convention in Santa Fe, New Mexico at our event showcase booth in the Exhibition Hall. The Guide will be distributed throughout the Southeast and accessible to a global market via the website as well as promoted online through our social media resources.
Your logo and hyperlink from our Online Gallery and interactive websites is included. Our gallery sites are known as a standard for plein air events, being the first and one of the few online galleries which posts art in real time as it is delivered to the Wetroom. The website is viewed internationally with growth in from Australia, Brazil and Canada. In the USA, the strongest increase of users is from New York, California and Illinois. A social media specialist is contracted to maximize exposure with Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram campaigns. Sponsors will also be highlighted both on this website and on the Plein Air South website, www.yallcomepaint.org.
Promotional and collateral materials will be used to enhance the brand and encourage attendance throughout the 10-day event and PleinAir South’s 4-day gathering of Plein Air artists. Posters, rack cards, postcards, electronic mailers, event signage, and banners are used to recognize sponsors and community partners. Organizing Partners and Event Sponsors qualify for this level of recognition.
The “Plein Air Marketplace” will provide sponsors an opportunity to display, share, and sell plein air-related products/services to hundreds of attending artists and enthusiasts. Located in the new The Joe Center for the Arts on picturesque Reid Avenue in Port St. Joe, the “Market Place” will feature product and sponsor demonstrations, the Wet Room exhibit, an artist hospitality station, and painting stations on Reid Avenue to ensure a high traffic venue.
