Join the featured artists as they paint with local students from Gulf and Franklin County schools. The event will take place at Salinas Park this year, bayside, at 380 Cape San Blas Road. Each artist will work one-on-one with a student to paint their own plein air piece from 10am to 1pm. The students will sign their paintings and volunteers will help frame them onsite. Artists, students, teachers and volunteers gather at noon for lunch to celebrate the day's accomplishments.  The student paintings will then be taken to hang in the Wetroom in Apalachicola for the duration of the event.  If you miss Student Art Day, be sure to go by and see their paintings in the Wet Room at the Armory in Apalachicola.
