Fran Mangino is a watercolor artist who grew up in Ohio; moved to Florida in 2012 where her car trunk became her studio. From area art groups, state organizations, winning awards in 19 years of juried Outdoor Art Festivals, teaching studio and plein air workshops; she is now competing in juried plein air competitions.
